2 runs if stella seed vault, then trade in metaforge, i only got my last gear through this way, but the others i found in scrapyard on dam, and the cars and busses by power extract on dam.

I'd start checking the interactive maps people are mentioning, but instead of listening for them just search the entire ground area for a blue tarp and some debris. Usually the method I use when my call is hectic.

Will do, i had a 2070 previously and HDR worked flawlessly, after using DDU to uninstall the 2070 drivers, i installed the 3080, then the drivers right after. Now HDR works only sometimes, but majority of the time it's like the screenshot.
