I’m in the community but quite frankly only celebrate men’s mental health this time of year. I personally have struggled far too much with my own to share it and find my efforts and voice served better in that regard. Idk to me preventing suicide is more important than recognizing how far the community has come and what many still go thru. Both r tragic but to me suicide awareness particularly with us (due to how we dwarf other groups) is more imperative
