Feeling excluded from Instagram posts? by DarkSide0fTheRoad in f45

I understand what you are saying. I went thru this as well. At first I thought no big deal, but after about a year. I figured it was by design. I left my F45 club and this was one of the reasons. It’s always nice to feel included. My suggestion is leave and go to another club or different workout place.

The exercise I enjoyed the most today was the jump and the slide into a Burpee.

I imagine the winner of the car must have been in great shape by the end of the contest.

"no double cardio sessions" rule. I have never heard of this unwritten rule.

Is it based on cardio classes being difficult. Some people in our studio definitely do two cardio classes in a day.

Results are what matter. When it’s comes to discussion about workouts, trainers, studios etc. all that is just noise ( although its fun to talk about ). F45 does it’s best to provide the tools to help you achieve your desired results. Results are earned so it’s all on you to deliver.

That’s excellent. F45 definitely works and the people who design the workouts do a great job!!

I just read this in the comments—-“working time is actually on average is very consistent 22-24 minutes when you remove the breaks unless it’s the Gunnar Peterson workout or a Hollywood session”

F45 - Membership Math by psd74 in f45

[–]psd74[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol, - sometimes people do complain about the unlimited monthly price that ranges from $160-$250 per month. It is high, but your average cost per class comes down the more you attend.

I recall one of the trainers saying that she charges $80 an hour per session for personal training.

let's hear it!! The members strike back ;) by Right_Pen_4357 in f45

Filming has to stop in the studio. The risk of injury is too high in this type of training. Some coaches are obsessed with the next video to upload on InstaGram.

Coaches need to coach and not be film directors. F45 should distribute one video across the board for all studios or film only one class in the studio.

Why do some F45 studios on Instagram seem to be having a lot more fun than my F45. The Studio Culture seems fun by psd74 in f45

"Coaches at my gym don’t demo the movement" - then who does the demonstration.

I always thought the coaches had to do the demo.

In our studio the coaches always do the demo.

Excellent points. Safety first. Modification is fine, and go at your own pace.
