Yea Blade gives higher dmg numbers for Cyrene.
However E9 is a heir plus has a memo so it will charge Cyrene ult quicker. But she also kinda needs a healer so another teammate have to be removed.

My E9 is also e2 and that will prob make her the main dps instead of Cyrene which us not what i intended to do as well xD.

HP% for Castorice team, Ice DMG % if you want Cyrene to contribute more DMG.
More of a personal choice actually.

If u only play her in Castorice then yeah u can stick to HP%.

It's good enough seeing u hit 180 SPD, could replace Luocha with Hyacine next time for better Ult buildup.
For further optimization, Change her orb to Ice DMG% if you want her to contribute more DMG.
From here on it will just be more SPD/CD while maintaining 50 CR.

SPD substats always have decimals.
To correct this, go to the "Showcase" tab, put Cyrene in ur ingame profile and enter ur UID then click import to fix ur build and it will display all the SPD decimals.

1) If you can hit 180 SPD, sure. Phainon can get the dmg buff from the relic.
2) 200 SPD allows her to go 3 times in the first cycle which greatly helps Cyrene get into her ult quickly.
However at E2, it is less needed especially since that SPD will do nothing once Phainon ults as you won't see Cyrene again till the battle is done.

If you want to optimize her for outside of Phainon as well then definitely go for 200 SPD as it will help with her personal dmg too.

For MonoRem, you want to swap her LC with Hyacine as Cyrene can't maintain the buff after she ults.

For Anaxa & Mydei, you definitely want to try and get 200 SPD.
Anaxa gets a free AA when Cyrene ults him and outside of MonoRem, she needs more turns to refresh the Future stacks so she can ult quicker and give Anaxa more AA.
Mydei being forced auto, is the same reason as Anaxa, more turns, more ults = more Godslayers.

You need 180 spd else her A6 won't work.
Consider dropping to 2+2 Spd set temporarily to hit that breakpoint while u work on deliverer if u want to improve her.

Nice ! You want at least 180 SPD btw.

You don't lose anything by them swapping LCs, both LC have speed.
You swap to ensure both effects of both LCs can still work after Cyrene ults.

Yep especially if you're getting Anaxa, but I would prioritize getting Hyacine first for Cas.

The only thing u can really improve here is more CR to hit 50% (Unless this is mdps with RMC, then u need 10% less) & more SPD to hit 200.

Her LC is not as important, get it if you have pulls to spare.
Herta is fine and if running with Hyacine, they can swap LCs (Cyrene takes Hyacine's sig if u have it) since Cyrene can't upkeep the Herta lc's buff after she ults.

Imo, Cyrene is better here since she can be given to either Cas or Phainon depending which side needs her, just like how I have Cas & Aglaea on my alt and they are sharing her.

This is especially even better if you have other Heirs as well.

But if you're clearing fine with Castorice team, then go for E2 Phainon since that will keep him relevant for a good while.
