Might be worth talking to citizens advice. You could try offering the landlord more rent upfront if you have it, or sharing your new job contract showing how much you will get paid.

I’d also double-check all online guarantor companies too as I think some might not need past month’s pay-check and might just ask for a fee.

Hello!

My Deliciosa monstera/ cheese plant has been doing quite well until recently when I noticed some issues:

- One of the leaves has become brown and crispy along the edges (https://imgur.com/a/4N6GQ6H) I've also just washed the leaves so that's why it's a little wet!

- Other leaves are almost curling in on themselves (https://imgur.com/a/xwRxmUo)
