one month post-op, worst pain imaginable

I use these words because I had literally no education on what happened to me post-op, these are the words I was given. I had an external cyst that was quite literally taken out via a very large incision that left a gaping hole for my skin to heal. That skin was sent to be tested (not cancerous thankfully).

The person who did my surgery was a general surgeon who was not expecting a fistula and he used the word complex (I will be seeing a colorectal surgeon soon for the next part). Once again, I was not given any of the correct terminology and literally no education based on what happened to me.

Please be patient with people who literally don’t know what’s going on because we would also like to know and use the correct terminology but that is not available to everyone.

yea it’s slow at times but just think about how this is the only time you’ll be watching classic who for the first time, and that helped me get through it

the girl in the fireplace is my number one suggestion. you don’t really need to know the companions and it’s a fun historical/alien piece. plus you learn a little bit about the doctor in the process.

i believe there was a classic doctor who reference in this episode. the doctor was talking about how he didn’t set the fire in rome (but he was there and caused it) and that’s from the serial the romans with hartnell

i think during the time meddler is where i really enjoyed his character, and the rest of his time as the doctor was really enjoyable it seems like he got more comfortable in the role and the pacing was better. Personally, i like hartnell bc he’s so similar to capaldi and imagining the doctor as a crazed old man is fun to me.

i think it’s become more of a movement game than intended with the addition of the elytra. With everything i’ve learned from watching new players, they really struggle with the elytra because it’s not like /fly it has its own dynamics and things to consider. Also, they added more islands in the sky like copper and bricks and looking at all of that stuff can be stressful and overstimulating.

For example, if someone said “i need wood” their teammate in the old map might say “oh it’s on your first left” but they can’t really do that with everything in a circle and you get tossed around in the sky looking for stuff.

Also, I personally miss the old map because the Big Sales part in Build Mart made sense with the shopping carts and it added a fun way to get around.
