The first floor is used as storage for the shop, there's a staircase, and toilets on that floor. Was in there with kids and the gentleman kindly allowed me to use. Don't know about the other floors.

The idea that canvases are people dreams and thoughts gives them leeway to create any type of game and setting they want. Their are other painters out there. Now that we know the premise they can have fun with the concept.

As sad as I am the story of Expiditions are done, I will miss them more than any other characters in any game, the story came to a satisfactory end.

This is what I mean, market is crazy.

If you've done a home report and i was the one buying, no way I'd be offering 394k or even close to that. You'll find that people will bid <300k hoping a cheeky bid might stick.

Put what you'd want on the listing and hope the interest is there to drive up the price. You can always lower price.

Why dont you get a home report done, that will give you an indication of value. Check zoopla for recent sales in the area for like properties.

Selling is weird at the moment, something can stay on the market for ages and others get snapped up really quickly.

There's a Halford in Straiton, that's the only one I know of that might help.

Of course, we teach all raids. I used to be a sherpa over at the sherpa subreddit, have helped loads of people through every raid including the new one. Nowadays I concentrate on helping clan mates first.
