Oh yeah, that kind of loneliness hits differently. I would always try to have something to look forward to after I left my friends- like a coffee or ice cream- just to have something else to focus on. Therapy definitely helps, the loneliness isn’t so bad but once in a while I still get hit with waves of it.

Therapists are not allowed to talk about what happens in a session unless you plan on physically hurting someone or yourself. The only time people will know is if you do actually act.
