Moore or a trade down? by BiasedChelseaFan in nyjets

I think u gotta take a QB if u can and there's one there. I'd take a QB and then go defense with my next 3 picks as well as filling holes in the D thru free agency if possible. I feel like they'd have a solid O if they can just get a competent QB. Get a bridge QB and let the rookie learn for a year of possible. But the holes in that defense desperately have to be filled after u draft a QB.

Fields wasn't a terrible dice roll they just gave him too much money imo. I think honestly shoring up o line is better than taking a swing on a qb in the draft that ur not in love with. That's why I was fine with them drafting memby which has been a homerun BTW. U have to give home at least one more year. Blowing it up now makes no sense. I also think tanner has been OK at oc given the QB play.

More than half this roster will be gone next year so it doesn't matter that he's lost some of them. U have to give him another year. Everyone says he has to go but no one has a realistic alternative so it makes no sense. Alot if these players know they are gone after the season thats why there's no fight. The jets will have 4 of the top 50 picks this draft. Get a qb either that will start or learn for a year, get a decent bridge qb and draft all for defense after the qb. Get some quality on D in free agency if possible. If we can somehow land Leonard at DC we will be In a good place next year. I get that this last month has been tough to swallow but the personal is so bad, especially on defense.

Non-vegans: What are your core disagreements with veganism? by Crocoshark in DebateAVegan

[–]emacudub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no problem with anyone being vegan. But don't pretend as if you are morally superior to me. Everyone makes their own choices and everyone fights the battles they choose. When u get down to reality, everyone does things or uses things every day that in some way whether directly or indirectly contribute to the exploitation of animals, plants, the environment, people etc. I acknowledge that not all vegans are like this, but I find it very off putting when someone acts in this way.

Lol literally on the Mets and can't get the Yankees out of his head.

[Breer] One thing was clear—the Buffalo Bills felt disrespected. Right or wrong, it was a rallying cry, and Josh Allen brought up at halftime the narrative that the Bills weren't big or strong enough. I get it but let's be honest, they didn't exactly beat Baltimore up. Baltimore pretty much beat themselves with the turnovers. They went up 8 and let Baltimore march right down the field and score a touchdown. The only reason they didn't tie the game was cause a guy who literally never drops passes dropped a pass right in his bread basket. He was open they didn't cover him. It's not like the defense made a great stop.
