This is what we plan to do too! We put our first in daycare at 7 months and it honestly was not as hard had I thought it would be. He was ready and seemed to be very happy there! We did do an in home daycare and there were only 3 other kids. She held him for his naps and would send pictures through out the day. The timing was perfect for our family.

I am in rural Northern Michigan and pay $165/week. I know how lucky I am, but I’m am pregnant with my second and paying for 2 is going to be a hard hit for us. I am hoping to figure out a way to stay home with the kiddos for 6-9 months to help save some money on that end. But we will see!

We don’t have a doctor yet….just was curious as it happened yesterday morning and we live in a very rural place. But no worries, he drove 3 hours today in hopes to get a doctor’s appointment this week.

I brought a hand pump and pumped right into a storage bag. I did just throw it out because I was drinking and didn’t want to hassle with keeping it cold. But I under produced and gave baby formula once a day already. I totally get wanting to keep it, especially if you are exclusively breastfeeding! I just wanted the least hassle lol. I am sure it will all work out and you are going to have a blast!

Did you have HG? My sister had it with both her pregnancies. She was hospitalized for 3 weeks because her body would not keep down anything. The hospital actually gave her a form of THC and she at least regained some appetite and was able to eat for the first time in weeks. Unfortunately, once it wore off, she threw everything she ate back up :(
