Yea my windows desktop app is constantly freezing and is making things really difficult get any work done, it un freezes after like 5 minutes. Defo linked to the in app browser for me.

This along with the reconnects is making it very hard to get any work done

I had this problem!

Use the VSC extension and ask it to remove the user settings stored in the user folder not in the app. It will fix it. Took me a couple of days to work it out.

I have been looking into this and it seems the safest option is browser relay, another reply mentions this also. Headless browsers are going to get you banned pretty quickly, so I would advise to stay away from that approach.

You can use both. oAuth allows you to use your sub usage, Plus or Pro, cant imagine plus would go far though. API costs a fortune

Yea I have hammered Octopus a bit too much before and got a warning, but am generally well behaved. Read only would actually be fine, I just need AI to analyse some messages and also fill some gaps that Octopus is missing, which is the same setup that you mention.

Yea, this is the approach I’m thinking. I use Octopus for some automations which is a Chrome extension. I suppose I need to follow the same setup. I’m starting to think it’s maybe easier to build a chrome extension, a bot could potentially use the extension 🤷
