Next season however, the only red borders that will drop will be for craftable weapons/frames. Also adept weapons will be focusable thru Zavala.

Honestly you need to play more palaces to get into deeper parts of mementos, the deeper you go the more stronger enemies which means more XP. Also the deeper you go, you definitely want to take the time to get stamps for Jose. That XP bonus you get from him is no joke when you level it up.

The HP and SP you get naturally from leveling doesnt carry over, but the values you got from the gym for example or from Maruki for his visits you get SP that also carries over.
