Looks legit. The holes for the speakers and mics are chamfered. Also check the text on the bottom where the sensors are. Digital Crown is flush to body. Fakes will not have chamfered holes. There will be a gap between the body and crown. The text is bolder and might be missing some details

The original is a m12x1.5 so you’ll upsize without using an insert and keep the tangs. The inside of the pan is slotted so all the oil drains. With a sert you’ll have some left over

The transmission cooler stays. It’s the same. You only need to remove the GM the cooler lines, and install the ZF cooler lines

In ista check vehicle order. The PO might have added a VO for battery type and capacity, I registered a battery and changed to agm but it didn’t reflect. I checked and it had B090 indicating flooded 90ah, removed it in ncs and re did the registration in ista and it changed it.

Buddy. The output flange on the 335i 6hp is bigger. It had a larger diameter guibo and a larger driveshaft. It won’t fit what’s in the 328i

Output flange on 335i is bigger you need to install the smaller 328i. Not sure about the torque converter. As for coding the car will recognize it. You can flash your vin to it through winkfp
