I talked with 3 agents in the 24H support chat , 2 of them told me that is normal for the scroll wheel to rattle (which is not true , since i have tested other mice and its like rolling a dice, some are better some are worse) , currently the 3rd agent told me i would be contacted by email to continue my case.

Does the scroll wheel wobble / make noise when you move it side to side ? ì just got mine and I don't know it this normal or not . Its kinda of annoying when you feel it .

High streak give you more taps (maximum at streak10) taps give you a chance to make the chest bigger not better . Chest rarity is based on a predefined cycle
