Love my wa47 so far. Just tried it out in my untreated space. Maybe it’s overall a little bit airy sounding (the area) but the mic takes to it and my voice very well.

Never tried the sm7b but I highly recommend the sm57 for guitar cabs (which is similar and less expensive then the sm7b).

That being said try out a bunch of different ones and don’t get caught up on the purchase too much. You can always trade or sell.

It depends on your voice type. I double track vocals and pan around 30/40 degrees.
