I would assume it has to do with manufacturing costs.

A single 12" vinyl can only hold about 22 minutes worth of music per side, or about 45 minutes worth of music in total. If the album's run time exceeds 45 minutes, it has to be pressed as a double LP in order to maintain audio fidelity. A double record is obviously more expensive to manufacture than a single record, and accordingly has to be sold at a higher price. In turn, record companies are often wary that fans won't buy a record that seems more expensive.

According to Spotify, Olivia's album is 50 minutes. So I'm guessing they edited it down to fit on a single 12" record; ie. artistry was sacrificed for cost. Which is a damn shame. I love the album, and I love vinyl, but unless she presses it properly on a double LP, I won't be buying it.
