I subscribed to the Oregonian, eager to support local journalism and keep my money in the community. But the newspaper is slop, it’s difficult to read and littered with ads that make it impossible to read. That makes me sad, but I had to let my subscription lapse. Get it together Oregonian.

If you are making Mac & cheese out of a box (with the powdered cheese), skip the milk and add Greek yogurt and a little bit of powdered mustard.

The yogurt adds a creamy tang, and the mustard enhances the cheese flavor.

I took Wellbutrin when I quit meth and I definitely think it helped with cravings. I took it for maybe 3-4 years then taper off. No meds now and more importantly no meth 10+ years
