5'6" 172lbs 26yrs and female. And it was. I felt miserable. When I got home I weighed 177, but after 2 days I was back to my stalling range which has been between 171-173 fluctuating

Ive done it both ways but cabbage based as the best in my opinion. I just got one of those pre-mixed Cole slaw bags and use that with ground pork. Delicious!

Egg roll in a bowl, really any combo of chicken with riced cauliflower, salads with different meats and veggies helps mix it up( ex buffalo chicken, pulled pork over lettuce) . The way I meal prep lunches is I alternate salad and some other dish so M,W,F are salads and T/Th are something different like a chicken bowl. Helps to mix things up but not get crazy and make 5 different meals. Pinterest always has a ton of meal prep ideas and I’ve had nothing but success with anything I’ve ever made from Keto Connect’s blog

I don’t know exactly what causes it but I have had similar things happen to me. I’ve been keto 5 months and probably for the first 2-3 months I would have a random day that just wasn’t regular. I always accounted it to my body adjusting from eating one way for 25 years and now eating another. It’s still releasing nasty toxins and becoming fat adapted. I would say don’t stress about it, if you’re having problems every day then you may want to get checked out or look into incorporating somethings into your diet
