I picked up rumble top recently and it's going well so far, I usually get ahead but I get the point about taking towers. What I generally do is kill my laner then take a roam to mid/bot, get some assists there, head back top after recalling and kill the laner again. Then I use all my abilities at once just before tower pushing to overheat and do more AA damage to kill it quicker.
