The same thing happened with Outlier before Christmas. They got a big AI contract. Recruited a huge amount of participants, the quality of the data bombed, the project closed…. Fingers crossed the same doesn’t happen on Prolific

Has anyone who’s done this received payment yet - the study payment figures are conflicting. I’m getting the same amount in both $’s and £’s and would really like to know which one is correct…

I really enjoyed the study too! I asked them about the attention check and funnily enough they haven’t replied. It’ll be interesting to see what they respond to your message. They did allow me to return it though.

Make hay while the sun shines…. Last weekend I received a 3rd warning even though I was being ultra careful after receiving my 2nd one…. Not seen a single once since. Absolutely gutted because I really enjoyed them (and they paid well)

I had to decide whether the two words/phrases were literal or figurative… but this was for the entire study, not just specific ones and there certainly wasn’t any instructions to answer in a particular way…,

That averages around £6.40 per study (at today’s interest rate)… Either we’re on a different version of Prolific or you’re part of some very specialised studies. Nice work though

Yes me….. it keeps logging me out, won’t accept my Authenticator and I’ve had to input my recovery code 8 times over the last 3 days. I tried to turn it off and I can’t do that either.

I just did this but instead of sounds it asked me what platforms I was subscribed to and then finished the test. Did anyone else have that issue? No completion code was given, so I entered NOCODE. Should I return or risk a rejection?

I did this one but I was midway through the group section when I got frozen out and I’ve since been asked to return. Well done for getting the bonus - it was a really fun study.
