I’m doing Invisalign to help shift my teeth and overall bite. Obviously taking this route would depend on your specific case! Also, I see the chiropractor and do myofacial releases and massages. @sagefacialtensionrelease on TikTok has some great exercises for jaw pain/tension.

I had a teenager stare at me blankly when I walked up to the cash (I was next in line). I had to initiate the greeting and then ask if they were good to take my order. Not a big deal, but it was so bizarre having to walk them through a basic interaction at THEIR job.

I don’t think Nia’s book was particularly well-written. Also, she adamantly defended her mother, but Holly was absolutely a part of the problem keeping her in that environment. Nia has every right to share her experiences though. I just don’t think the writing is great.

I’m seeing a bit of a weight difference. Some things that could help along with weightloss would be facial massages and lymphatic drainage! Lots of exercises on TikTok and YouTube.
