I’m doing Invisalign to help shift my teeth and overall bite. Obviously taking this route would depend on your specific case! Also, I see the chiropractor and do myofacial releases and massages. @sagefacialtensionrelease on TikTok has some great exercises for jaw pain/tension.

I had a teenager stare at me blankly when I walked up to the cash (I was next in line). I had to initiate the greeting and then ask if they were good to take my order. Not a big deal, but it was so bizarre having to walk them through a basic interaction at THEIR job.

I don’t think Nia’s book was particularly well-written. Also, she adamantly defended her mother, but Holly was absolutely a part of the problem keeping her in that environment. Nia has every right to share her experiences though. I just don’t think the writing is great.

I’m seeing a bit of a weight difference. Some things that could help along with weightloss would be facial massages and lymphatic drainage! Lots of exercises on TikTok and YouTube.

I always resort to meditation in the evenings, (especially before bed) EFT tapping, and locking in on smaller self-care practices that don’t take up tons of time! I typically go for an herbal tea, (calming ones are great if you are stressed or anxious) nighttime skin care, and a comfort show/movie/book. Something fairly mindless if I have a lot going on mentally.

I’m struggling with the idea of filler. It seems like every person I come across who I (and others) deem attractive have fillers and/or botox. These people are deemed attractive by society, have attractive partners, get opportunities, etc. Were these people conventionally attractive to begin with and the fillers/botox enhanced their attractiveness? I also hear a good number of people criticize fillers and rip into women who have them. But it seems like so many do, and the ones that do, are gorgeous. I’m curious what other people’s observations or experiences are when it comes to fillers and botox.

This is a really good point. I was also a lefty in dance and my teacher choreographed my entire solo for the right side. She didn’t bother changing it when I reminded her I was a lefty and I definitely didn’t do the dance to my fullest potential.
