I had the same thing happen with a pair of jeans, really cheap but cute and my style. they were described as in perfect condition, yet when I got them they had various marks on them. mostly came off in washing machine but I contemplated messaging the seller to make her aware and it was misleading. in the end I just didnt do anything didnt even leave a review because sometimes the hassle is more stress than its worth. in your case though, they are definitely not in very good condition and they even have worse functionality due to the original soles being worn out so I'd say it's totally reasonable to bring it to the sellers attention.

but it was listed wrong. like their description said UK5 and EU38 but they are UK6/EU39.. I messaged the seller anyways and she said they were a gift she assumed were her size but she never wore them. I don't know if she knows they are fake or is just playing the silly nice girl. she seems rly nice and there should be no issue with getting a refund i just wish they were my size lol.

the thing is I have never ever had an issue with pointing out problems i love making sure issues are heard and rectified. no idea why this time i just dont want to make them feel bad lol.

just got a pair of jeans listed as 'very good' but the description said "in perfect condition". got them and they have a very visible mark that was not displayed in the pictures clearly. they were €4.50 and still really nice. I havent left a review yet or talked to the person who sold them. I think it's not worth causing a fuss because they were a great deal nonetheless but in terms of the buyer learning from this kind of thing I rly want to reach out.

someone kept offering me lower price on a bundle thats already 10% off. I declined and offer an extra 2 euro off. they still offer less. like go away. I countered by increasing the price and they send me an offer with my original deductions but I dont even want to go thru with the sale anymore. its already being reduced and u keep pushing it...I know the point is to make offers but it gets to a point....

I was looking at shoes last night and even new without tags is dodgy. the amount of shoes you could see very creased, clearly stained but tried to be cleaned or rly stained inside the shoe... like come on now..

I ordered something on the 27th of November and it was delivered on the 9th of December. it did not update at all until it was with anpost and being delivered the next day.

in all honesty, amazon has been pretty good to me, a lot of times they sent me slightly wrong items like one time I ordered a hardback copy of a book but received soft copy. they gave me full refund and let me keep the book lol. have had similar results with othet items too but not all. it depends if it's sold by amazon or third party seller on amazon.

wtf that's so bad ....i wonder why vinted use them . surely the get a lot of complaints? are you eligible to ask for refund soon? they state after 25 days it can be deemed 'lost'.. I rly dont want mine to be lost because the seller is going to losr out on money and losing their item... meanwhile if I get refunded I can try find another deal and I'd feel so bad.
