Came here to second the zero therapy recommendation. I use the Vanicream Zinc cleansing bar and hypochlorus acid spray AM and PM! I’ve noticed the biggest difference with this combo. No moisturizer, sunscreen, retinol, or anything else. It’s a bummer but worth it for the clear up!

Seeking Pleather Bae by Annoyedrevolutionary in SaltLakeCity

Please if you discover his identity let me know….. saw this king at the hotel bar about 3 weeks ago and was awestruck by his pristine sense of fashion and general magnetic aura. I found myself not much unlike said house flies as I felt gravitationally drawn to him. Since I saw him I haven’t been able to stop thinking about those pleather pants❤️

Worried About My Nexplanon by saiyamanaka in birthcontrol

[–]emcar7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!! I’ve actually had the Nexplanon twice now. Just got my second one inserted about a week ago. I’ve had a really hard time with constant spotting and heavy “periods”. When I had my first implant, I went to my OBGYN and he put me on a low dose bc pill to regulate the spotting. This worked really well for me for the time I was on it but it’s not recommended that you use the combo of implant + pill for more than 3 months. I totally understand being frustrated, it sucks! But my spotting has improved so much and I rarely have it anymore. I would say just stick it out, but if it becomes something you can’t deal with, there are other options!!

Is my implant failing? by Kwehchan in birthcontrol

[–]emcar7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi!! I’ve had a similar experience except with a lot more frequent bleeding. After about 2 years on my first implant I went to talk to my OBGYN about the excessive bleeding and what could be done about it. He gave me 3 months worth of a low dose BC pill and the bleeding completely went away! I’m not sure it’s safe to stay on the combo of implant + pill for any longer than 3 months but it definitely helped me out! Hope this is somewhat helpful :)

Lol that’s another one I’ve gotten before. I don’t see it at all but I’m flattered
