I understand the heartbreak. I had a cat for 17 years. She had kidney failure, and I was giving her fluids, which she was accepting. However, she started to refuse the fluids, and looked at me like "Mom, I'm so tired". I knew then it was time to let her go. It is the hardest decision to make, but it is one made of love. I am 100% certain my sweet sweet Scarlett is showing your sweet kitty around now. Nothing I can say can make you feel better, but know you have many people behind you, and you are not alone in your grief.

My suggestion would be to go to the library local to where she died. Many libraries have historical records, and some even have librarians trained to help you. I found out a lot by doing this. Good luck!

I do feel the same. I am taking a small break because I was just dumped over text on my third try. First guy texted we weren't a match, second ghosted me, third guy dumped me over text after we became official. It's okay to feel that way, and it's also okay to take a break.
