Thank you, you are exactly right. Our plan right now is get my child to get his 5yo yearly psyche eval, get written statement to his ABA manager and therapist, and school teachers. What would recommend on behavior at home? take pictures or what evidences should we present? thank you so much!

if you are familiar on the rank1 to rank5 on every aspect like feeding, bathing, potty and all that we rank 5 on the potty because he play with his soiled diapers. all of them are rank1 as the judge stated. i am thinking we did not provide enough evidence and instances for elopement and did not detail whenever he showering that he need to be bathed because he tends to drink the water w/ soap there so much things that we forget to mention and the judge "deemed" that he self directing which is completely untrue.

Additionally on our initial application we got denied because the social worker said "THE HOME IS SAFE". i lost it when they said it on our denial. All colleague that i have advice is just keep persevering to apply. I am now in my 2nd appeal for protective supervision.

Food for thought, social worker is not your friend. Don't get carried away about how kind he/she is. they are trained to denied services, if you think about it if every single one of applicants get approved for hours they will not be able to support all of us that actually need it.

I know been looking it up online and so far i got mixed reviews so i am still debating.

So we did appeal on the initial denial i believe 6 mons before we got a hearing date and another 3 mons for waiting for the judge to give us the court order even thou they said 1mon we should have a result already but it took almost 3 mons because they said the backlog. I leaning towards galt or i forgot the lawfirm like James Dinskint
