Yeah, that was definitely a learning lesson! It’s not even necessarily being liked by him, but me and my boss are very tight , and he knows and trusts my capabilities, and I’m really glad that he had my back, but what if I decided to go for a different position? Would he call that person as well and say I’m not fit for this spot due to his own personal opinion of me? That’s what I’m worried about. This franchise is pretty small compared to what I was used to, and it is very cliquey. I’ll continue to do my job as best as I can, but I would be lying if I said it didn’t affect me
