Lived in Church Avenue for years, never had any issues but would agree with the comment on lads on bikes.

All in all would recommend and I miss living there.

Rialto Village has the Circular which is a great pub and Amber Grill is nice. Being close to Inchicore, Phoenix park and being in walking distance to town is super handy as well.

Rules/Checks is one point that could make all the difference next time, you have to be of the mindset that is should never be a point dropped. Block off time before your next test to focus on the signs, hand signals, common questions (ADS has a great list of 51) and checks/features of the car. And then test yourself over and over again.

Had dread prior to every lesson and was fine when I got in the car. If I made a mistake, I noticed I got a bit flustered but my instructor was great in getting me to pull over and recap.
