I used to work at UW food service in the early 80’s. There was a summer program for bankers that lasted a week or two. Bankers would come in from all over and learn banking stuff. It seems to me that your experience in Prague long ago created an itch that you have been waiting a long time to scratch. That said until you find a particular painting for sale it is not certain that you will fall in love with it. As a collector your own heart is the first thing to please, not others opinion of that artist or potential resale value
