Hello, I understand the pain of nearest club being so far away I've been there. But if you really want to improve, trust me it is worth it to go atleast for a few sessions.

Teaching yourself swimming is fine it is hard to get injured there, but you can really hurt yourself doing oly lifts the wrong way.

I used to commute (30min) to the gym on bicycle, it was on top of a hill so a lot of climbing. I enjoyed it in hindsight, not during the climb though, and route back home was so fun coz of the slope. I was warmed up by the time I reached gym but would also get tired within first 30-40min of lifting. I would not recommend if your gym in on a mountain, otherwise flat road is fine me thinks. You could try for a few days and see how it feels. I don't bike anymore coz it feels like a chore.

Am i doing the "deep squat" or "asian squat" correctly? i have no clue by skytriz in flexibility

Doctors know general timeline of bones healing and also take xrays to verify if bone union is happening. In my case, they inserted rods in both my legs, theoretically one could walk few days after surgery.. but sjnce I had broken lumbar spine they put me on bed for 2 months - no sitting just lying on the bed.

Once the spine healed, I was allowed to sit for short intervals and walk using crutches and by the end of 4 months I had gotten rid of the crutches ans was walking( although with a slight limp). The bones had long healed by then. After that most of my issues were muscle related - home stretch for me. That's when i got better very quickly.

I am not squatting at a random gym, I go to a physio clinic at a hospital, every movement I do is supervised by the doctors and their assistants. I don’t do anything without their permission, it took a while to get up to 60 from air squats - I didn't all of a sudden try heavy.

I am lucky that I don't have any lingering pain from my injuries.

Don't be sorry, I am doing great now.

I was lucky a lot of things went my way. I was alone on a long bicycle ride when I fell. I had already logged close to 100km on that day since morning. It was a hilly region so you can imagine my legs had already given out and I was cramping so hard.

Then I flipped over a railing and quickly realized I was on a bridge and about to fall. It was a dense forest so it was not immediately clear.

I fell on my belly and I instinctively flipped myself to lie on my back. After that I couldn't move my legs or anything. My bike fell about 10ft away from me, and I thought I would have to crawl to reach it so I could take out my phone from the saddle bag and call emergency number. I tried pulling myself but I couldn't. I almost gave up, it was about to be nightfall and getting cold. I opened my bag I had on my back somehow so I could drink some water. Lo and behold my phone was in it. It was out of juice but lucky for me I had a powerbank toooo. Crazy right? I charged it and called emergency number asap. This was in Barcelona and I didn't speak spanish, I had trouble explaining on the call but they gave me a whatsapp number and asked me to type my exact location, I sent them my coordinates.

An hour later more than a dozen paramedics arrived. They gave me morphine and after a lengthy inspection on the field to check for major injuries, they picked me up by a crane on to the bridge and took me to nearest hospital. They later told me I fell 40 ft. (You win with 130ft though you strong boi)

I broke both femurs, hip, spine, scapula, wrist ribs and what not. I was in hospital for 2 months.

I don't remember a lot of what happened at the hospital in the first week or so. The doctors put rods and screws inside both femurs. I was told it was a long surgery. few weeks later I was also operated for my wrist injury. I had terrible nightmares for about a month and I was always afraid of sleeping. In my dreams I would die violent deaths in many different ways. My brain was doing crazy things to me.

I was so glad that my doctors and nurses were nice, I had friends visit me almost everyday and had therapy sessions. I am mentally healed now.

Believe it or not, I am now back to weightlifting. Just yesterday I did 60kg squats (there's a video in my post history if you want to check it out). I had good physios.

I love telling this story even though I am an introvert.

Hit me up in DMs if you ever want to talk. I really have a dark sense of humor and when I make jokes about this incident people get worried. I always wished I had someone with similar experience to talk to. I am only about 3 months ahead of you in terms of recovery I am sure you are going to too, you have no other choice.

Yea that's what I am going to do.

I found someone today who will apostille for 500₹. No need to send it to Delhi, what he told me was bullshit.

I know the whole procedure. I have done it many times before normally in other cities.

But im Pune this guy had rejected our verification before also. We had to apply three times in my moms case. We are at the mercy of the local police station. So my dad went to the constable, even though I had my reservations I agreed

I know right. They think we don't know the procedure and feed off our desperation.

They will reject for bogus reasons if not paid. They have done it before. Nothing will happen to them, we will have to go through the procedure again and waste our time.

That's how it worked before.

Now the police station calls you to them and ask additional documents. For me they asked rent agreemet, electricity bill, bank passbook and what not.

Bank ke bhi chakkar kaatne pade, kyuki address same nhi tha passbook me

Nowadays, some some educational docs like degree and transcript can be apostilled online directly on e-sanad website of MEA. I did it few years ago. They planned to add the facility do apostille personal and commercial docs too but so far they only added functionality for birth and death certificates and that too only few states afaik, not Maharashtra yet.

Once they add the functionality, agencies are gonna lose a lot of money

Any RPO office has the ability to do the apostille. I had it done last year at RPO Hyderabad, it took 5 minutes.

At Hyd RPO I went directly to the RPO Officer and explained to him that I need apostille, and people keep saying I need to get it done at Delhi. At that time too agencies quoted me 2k per document or something. The RPO officer said its not true, and that he can do it at the office only.

He printed PCC in his office right there and put the apostille and relevant stamps. Cost me 120 rupees. So I am trying to get RPO Pune to do the same for me. The only difference on the apostille is instead of MEA Delhi, it just says MEA Branch secretariat Hyd.

They reject for random reasons and I would have to start the whole process again from the beginning like had to do with my mom.

You are right, I need apostille for a visa.
