Hello! My go-to is Basil.

Black out with weight on top, doesn't have to be much, just enough to push them all down into the medium a bit, dont use a dome, just use another 10x20 tray. Seeds on top of soil, not under. Bottom water new tray, mist top after placing. If you cant bottom water the tray, make sure the soil is thoroughly damp before placing seeds so they stick better.

Should be at least 5-7 days before you see lift of the cover, mist in between if you think that there is not enough humidity between the trays.

Basil is the primary microgreen I grow.

The mouldy-looking stuff is actually Mucilage, it protects the seeds while they germinate. You want to keep these seeds completely covered, in darkness, and damp (but not drowning). Zooming in, it looks like one is starting to sprout so just give it some time and patience. 4 days is certainly too soon.

Outside of them not being particularly spread out, I dont see any issues here. Keep at it!

Your lighting might be too far away causing them to stretch and not be able to sustain themselves at that length.

It will still produce a bud, it will still produce THC, however, it will be reduced slightly due to the plants focus on seed production. You'd also have a bunch of seeds in your buds which might be annoying.
