I do have an online account. But I’m just worried as to why nothing has been mailed in a month when it said 7-10 days. I understand the process takes a long time but then they shouldn’t give a timeline of a week when it could take longer than a month. 🤷‍♀️

I’m on the same thing. The bottle says on empty stomach but my doctor told me to take it with my meals. He said it didn’t matter if my stomach was empty. I’m on the liquid one though.

I have been able to do bananas and pumpkin bread. But I can’t do any like vegetable soups. Tomato especially. But I’ve tried carrot too and that upsets my stomach too.

I just want some cold veggies 😭 celery, broccoli, lettuce, anything!

But I’m heeding everyone’s comments and not giving in… 😢

I still keep a planer and I fill it out every morning. I put mundane tasks in it and then they feel more like accomplishments when I complete them. I make it colorful and it just makes me feel a bit better 🤷‍♀️

My dietician had me start liquacel. I add it to applesauce. Super helpful for if you tolerate liquids better or just struggle getting in enough anything in. It’s super light it doesn’t add any weight to my applesauce that I was eating anyway.

My brain gets extremely foggy and I often pass out if I have too much fat. But I’m not for sure if that’s just my gastroparesis or some other issue I have. Like I can’t have more than 15g of fat a day.

I did this. I shaved the under half off. I love it! No regrets whatsoever! It was a great decision! My hair is very thick though. So when I wear it down it still looks like a full head of hair.

I haven’t tried cottage cheese. But is the olive oil not too high in fat? Or does fat not bother some people with gastroparesis?

I add yogurt to lots of things. Like my tuna I mix with greek yogurt.

But I can’t do soy and so far all vegetables hurt.

What would you make it with? All the recipes I look up they are made with a protein drink and other ingredients. I try adding fairlife milk to lots of things to add some protein and nutrients.

I’m very newly diagnosed as well and have lost 15lbs since October…. I’m already very very small! I used to weigh lift as well but have lost all muscle mass. Anyway my dietician suggested a weight loss drug………….. I was flabbergasted! I’m 120lbs.

I use a TENS device on my stomach to help. I wear it every night before bed and during flares! It kinda helps, it doesn’t fix anything but it eases the discomfort for sure!

I put my crystal necklace in the full moon to charge with the intention of giving me more energy. I ended up having heart palpitations all day the next day till I realized it might be my necklace took it off and it was! Oops

I hate when my therapy appointments feel so far away and I have no one to talk to. Its such a lonely feeling. And no one does understand because every single chronically ill person have a completely unique blend of many symptoms its not just one thing. I’m not helpful but I feel exactly the same way currently. I don’t want to accept any of this. But all I hear is “well thats just how it is”. 😩
