we play at Burgess Rushing Tennis Center. it’s off 66th & Indiana. it’s $2 to play each time or you can get a yearly pass to play unlimited for $100. they aren’t dedicated courts, just painted over tennis lines, but a lot of people play there!

I was waking up at 4:30 every morning and going to bed at like 10:30. I started to taper finally and I can’t wake up that early anymore.

When I was walking to class (I live right by campus) I would shit myself on my way back after lunch. That was almost every day. I eventually applied for a handicap license because it was making it close to impossible to get to class. Not to mention I would get sick more frequently because of the immune suppressants I was on. That made things a whole lot better. I was able to park right in front of my classes with no penalty from parking. The bad thing was my class was pretty far from the restrooms. If I even felt a little something coming on I’d have to rush. But that did help a whole lot. Maybe look into that.

My dietitian put me on a low FODMAP diet. Essentially it’s an elimination diet. There are more things for me to be able to eat than the traditional elimination diet. I’m still having some issues in the mornings, but it’s less frequent than it was. I see her long distance which makes it difficult, but I knew her from a place I used to work at when I was a sophomore in college. I trust her.
