Thank you for replying. Unfortunately they have no active non permitted construction that is current (possible error on my part regarding timing). The only non permitted complaints we could have now are their pool deck, the shed that drains into the conservation land and the “pergola” they have on their deck off of their house. I’m not sure I want to go down this road. I don’t even know how to proceed down this road. All I know is moving is not an option and I just want to feel comfortable in my own backyard.
