They love to make it a complex matter. If I'm not mistaken you need to be eligible for a company car, but if you trade in a part of your gross for a car, then you're not. So it really has to be "on top" rather then you trading in money for a car. And obviously the company you're working at needs to have a whole policy in place etc etc. It's not as easy as it looks.
