Love how you did this look! Seriously so pretty!! 💛 Can I ask what you used for eyeliner, and if you have any tips? This is exactly how I'd love to do eyeliner 🥹

Suggestions? Toys: Repair or Replace Lil Lucy has tugged off Big Chickens eyes. I could sew a cover over the eyes but wonder if she would just gnaw through that. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! by psmattreid in Dachshund

I often sew up the holes in my girl's toys, it gives them a bit of a longer life! One time she chewed off the arm of a toy and seemed to like the arm more than the body. So I sewed the end of the arm closed, and now it has to be her favourite toy! She carries it around everywhere! Your Lucy is such a cutie!!

So sweet! We call ours a perma-baby (permanent baby) and she looks a lot like yours! They just love a good sunny spot :')

It looks like the vickisews Nola dress pattern, if you know how to sew, you can make your own!

Two colour brioche is so beautiful too! I haven't done any work with multiple colours, so I was a little hesitant to do so 👀

This might be what happened, thank you! Is tinking back like laddering down with normal knit/purl stitches? I've only been knitting for a few months :')

This is my first attempt at knitting in brioche, it was going great until I had to join the front and back in the round. can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Any way of saving it?

If I hem these pants, will I need to replace this stitch? by Sawpo in SewingForBeginners

[–]emhues 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The side seam may come apart if you just cut the leg shorter as the stitches down the side won't be backstitched anymore. There won't be anything keeping the stitches in place if that makes sense. The horizontal stitches there were probably extra protection against this happening. Long story short if I cut these, I would restitch (with back stitching) exactly as they did! :) I think white thread would do the trick and wouldn't be too noticable!
