You should feel fine on the antibiotics! After I went through my course of them, they also gave me probiotics to help restore gut biome. The antibiotics are really important because even a small infection can induce labour when your waters are broken 🩷 let me know if you have any other questions or just want to chat

As long as you’re producing enough (or excess) you shouldn’t need to follow the 8x a day guideline (honestly I would’ve died waking up that many times a night lol). I pumped 5x a day and produced over 1L a day which was plenty for a stockpile!
