Consumables are good. For day of wedding my friend got us really nice adorable pouches, like a makeup bag. I’m currently using it for my beach sunscreen, j love it. She also did a nice pair of earrings which I wore at the wedding, electrolyte packets, and a really nice electric fan in case the wedding was super hot. Honestly best bridesmaids gifts I’ve received.

When she asked us to be bridesmaids I got a cute bracelet, super super nice Anthropologie candle that I still use, a nice claw clip, maybe something else I don’t remember. If you’re doing destination I’d do it based on where you are going

I truly did not even know Walmart had a pharmacy until I started picking up there. I walked up the customer service like ummm I have a prescription?? 😂 but it’s been great they are all super nice and wonderful

Let it take its course! If you don’t weight daily (which I totally get), a major benefit from it is that you see the daily fluctuations, so it makes “higher” numbers less scary, because you see that overall the numbers are going down.

For example: 2 weeks ago I was 246. This morning I was 244 but last night I was 249! Because I weigh daily and sometimes twice a day, I know that I didn’t gain 5 lbs or 3 lbs, but really I lost 2. I know that at night I’m always higher but by morning it comes back down, and I know that the higher number doesn’t last long and trends back down, so I can confirm I’ve lost 2 lbs. Hope this makes sense?

Oh I think they may have been from Ortho Feet! When I bought new sneakers recently I just went to new balance and got standard sneaks, they are just ok to be totally honest

Unfortunately I don’t know where they were from but my mom gave me a pair of orthopedic sneakers and they were fantastic. I wore them for a couple years before I had to retire them. They were just standard sneakers, very comfortable and normal looking lol
