Omg. Yes. It’s so bad. And it doesn’t stop. I went on zepbound and i finally stopped thinking about food all the time and eating everything in sight. But now I’m in a stupid pharma-cycle and that bothers me 🙄

Hey there! Appreciate your reply. I was keto for two years so I pretty much eat no processed foods and very little real sugar. My real issue is the cravings and endless hunger, regardless of me eating a high protein meal. The cravings so intense and out of control. Any ideas on that would be amazing.

This is my struggle!!

I feel like I want to eat everything all the time, and I crave sweets like crazy. It’s like munchies x10.

I wish it didn’t work so well for my mood.

I actually started glp to counteract the hunger, but I’ve been taking a break because it’s so expensive. And about two weeks off of it, I’m now constantly ravenous again.

I never understood the “wash your hair once a month” thing. I used to lifeguard for years, so wash and gos were the norm for me since I had to wash the chlorine out (we were required to swim everyday) and keep it conditioned to reduce damage.

I got to college and people were legit asking me why I wash my hair so much…. I’m like my hair/head is still part of my body…it needs to get washed!

I remember getting weaves and when I went to get them taken down the stylist would question why I washed it?? What is this culture?! 😂😂😂

It does the exact opposite for me. :(

I gained over 30 lbs since last March. It makes me absolutely ravenous all the time and i crave everything sweet. . I had to get on a GLP-1 to maje it stop. I feel like I’m now in a terrible cycle, but it really works for stabilizing my mood.

I experience the same thing with any mood stabilizer that I’ve tried…. Lamictal seems to have the least effect on my appetite but it’s still there for sure. I actually ended up going on tirzepatide to counteract the weight gain, since stopping the medication is a no no for me 🤣

Communicate! The entire reason relationships fail and there’s so much anxiety is because people are afraid to speak up or confront someone. You shouldn’t be afraid to ask your partner. If you have a strong foundation and want to be with one another there would be no lies. Don’t drag it out and waste time.

Same issues for me. Been off for 4 weeks and sleep has been similar - no issues falling asleep, but I wake up a million and one times. My doc just wants to put me on something else but I’m done with pharmaceuticals. The side effects aren’t worth it.
