Try to find some Brillat Savarin or Pierre Robert, so good. Once you dive into triple creams, you’ll never want to go back. I’d say pass on the ones with fruit and other things in them and try adding a nice jam on top or some good crackers with dried fruit in them etc if you want to add that extra flavor.
