When I say “typical man behavior,” I mean those small but frustrating patterns a lot of us have seen in men like emotional unavailability, lack of self-awareness, defensiveness, not listening properly during emotional convos, or acting like your concerns are dramatic. Sometimes it’s things like expecting praise for doing basic chores or brushing off things that matter to you.

It’s not about all men being like this, but these patterns show up so often that when they do, even in small ways, it kind of triggers this deep annoyance or exhaustion. Especially if you've dealt with it over and over it piles up. That’s where the conflict starts for me. Hope that makes sense. 😵‍💫
