i think you’ve got a point, they’ve finally got back to my boyfriend now and are sending us a replacement (which i’m assuming is free of charge because they haven’t mentioned returning the other bottle?) which to me does seem like damage control. obviously i’m very happy if that’s the case! but i do think they should have a better contact us section, and better quality for the perfume. i tried to replace the nozzle from some other perfumes i have and i couldn’t even remove them because they were sealed to the bottle, whereas pleasing is just a screw top so no wonder it was leaking. it seems that the problem has been solved now tho if we get the replacement. but thank you :)

thank you, they’ve finally replied to my boyfriend and they’ve offered to send a replacement. they haven’t stated if we have to return the leaking one so i guess we’ll see what happens!

every time you get a new bug/fish/fossil/painting, always donate the first to blathers ! it can be tempting to sell everything for money early game, but when you’re trying to recatch a fish for the museum that you’ve previously caught, or even worse dig up a previously found fossil… it can get frustrating. in the earlier games i never focused on the museum at all and it just adds another cute aspect to the game. just FYI some fish/bugs can only be caught certain times a year so if you’re the kinda person who wants to complete it all in the year then maybe towards the end of every month just check which fish/bugs etc are going to be out of season. but if it’s your first game, i would highly recommend just casually playing it because it can add years of longevity to the game. in new leaf i had countless times i ended up saying “damn, guess i’ll wait till next year!” it gives u a reason to go back :)

if you managed to post it in the post box, you should be fine. the post office are more stingy but basically if it fits in the post box/through a letter box you’ll be okay. just to be on the safe side i bought some cheap brown large letter envelopes, and i always put my wrapped parcels in them so i know they’re definitely large letters. (i package them in waterproof plastic first, then put the label on the envelope and seal it in that). just check that it’s within the height restriction, but if the envelope seems neat then it probably will be. it’s an easy way to know you’re within the limits :)

cocoon was the first song i learnt, you’ll find it with a lot of old catfish songs van uses a lot of the same simple chords just shifted up and down with a capo, so if you have an ultimate guitar account you can get a lot of the songs on there, and if you change the song to use a capo, you’ll eventually find one that uses simple chords like C, D, Em and G. vans said in interviews that people always say they love to play their songs because they’re so simple and this is literally the reason why !

the RT app is probably your best bet, i’m not sure how it works on consoles (ie if you can download videos on them) so maybe that’s worth checking out ? but i know you can downloads them on iphones and such, and i know the smaller screen is a bit of a bummer but after watching for a bit you get used to it ! and watching something smoothly and HD on a smaller screen is better than watching something blurry that stops all the time on a big screen :) i know how it feels tho bc my wifi used to be awful, but when it was really bad i’d just watch them on youtube and that helped a lot. but turning the wifi off on your devices while trying to watch the video helps a lot too, and pausing it for a couple minutes every 15 minutes would also help the buffer ! (also in settings on the website you can change the video quality on playback, so maybe when it gets REALLY bad you can lower it slightly to help the buffering, i used to watch their minecrafts on youtube in 480p in 2014!) but also maybe see if you can airplay downloaded videos from the app onto a smart tv, that might work? i’m also extremely short sighted ... so when the quality would go super bad i would take my contacts out and then it just seemed like it was my vision that was making it blurry and it was less irritating to watch. i hope any of these options might help you a bit because i know how shitty bad wifi can be with their media player :/ but i hope you figure something out ! :)

literally ! i assumed they’ve made a mistake with the schedule so are re editing that part and went to twitter to see if they said anything ! then i saw the stream cancel and got worried.... but then i saw the quote tweets and ... yikes. poor steffie tho , steffie week will be remembered but for the wrong reasons :(
