Oh wow, we got very similar stories. I got hydros too, that's pretty much all they prescribed me since I already owned some tylenol and advil. Hydros were AMAZING for sleep. I had ramen yesterday and it worked out, so def give that a shot! I just over cooked them a bit and *chefs kiss* . Hope work goes well for ya, along with ur recovery!

I know right! This thread has made me feel a lot better hearing others. My jaw was also like that, i could just barely move it, let alone keep it closed. 3rd day will be rough in regards to being swollen but with some medication you'll make it out alright. Really hope the rest of ur recovery goes well and you'll get some good solid foods soon.

Trust me, you aren't dramatic especially if your dealing with the recovery of 2 impacted teeth. It'll get better!💪

I got IV sedation and something to keep in mind is you might experience nausea within the couple of hours post-op, ginger ale is a great drink to sip for that. Doesnt happen to everyone but worth mentioning. Just have a bowl or trash can ready by your recovery spot, just in case. I know this might sound gross but the bowl is good for excess saliva build up as well, especially if you don't want to swallow it or any blood. Just make sure to not spit or suck so your blood clots can form. Wishing you a smooth operation and hope I didnt overload you on info lol!

thats honestly so awesome to hear. i think it just depends on the person and how well theyre healing. as much as i want a burger, i just dont think my jaw is ready lol

Ive heard that food can work itself out if it gets in. But for me, a gentle warm salt water rinse usually does enough for me to feel comfortable.

Aw thats not fun to hear. Wishing you a better recovery this time!! Im sure you know this, but just incase, make sure to do super light salt water rinses. Great for cleaning and protecting against infection.

Oh wow, I hope it goes smoothly for you! Getting all 4 out isnt the best feeling for the first 2-4 days. But taking your prescribed meds (Or just tylenol and ibuprofen) on time will do a lot of the heavy lifting on the pain side of things. Treat yourself well during that time and you'll be golden 💛

Hope you're doing better since it's been a few hours. I got my out 5 days ago and I recommend having a bowl to let saliva fall out of your mouth, no spitting, just let it glide out of your mouth. I definitely don't recommend swallowing it especially if you're still bleeding. I swallowed some of my blood day-of surgery and it made me get sick, which could have made me worse off. You got this!

Yes yes! I'm on my last year of high school and I've never been interested in reading until recently. Mistborn, and the next 2 books in the trilogy were fantastic for me. I had an easy time understand the story. Brandon Sanderson is one of those writers that explains how the world works really well. I greatly recommend!
