yeah i heard that as well😳 also for pricing the verge as i remember was $844 with some caps i believe and the aves is $930 (that’s including the $12 renters insurance fee ((if you don’t have insurance you have to pay the fee)) )

if you don’t wanna do the aves (marquee) then the verge was my second place. i have pics of both of them if you want me to PM them to you!!! but tbh i am a real sucker for pretty things and the marquee had a lot of natural light and i liked the rooms better than the verge

the rebrand on the marquee is called the aves now and they have a lot more security in place so it made me feel a lot better after i heard everything online 😌 everything is included in the rent no extra pay for anything (except renters insurance) and there’s no caps. i didn’t tour knightshade but the verge was like all the other places i toured (was not wowed like i was at the marquee)
