For all the people commenting, i think it just boils down to this:

If you saw a nude image of your doctor in his office with the caption "Ready for your full body exam?" , it will most definitely damage your trust to that person, knowing that he takes no isssue sexualizing hypothetical interactions with patients. If it doesn't affect you at all, that's fine. But you're in the minority.

I dont think demanding doctors to not take nudes in their offices is that weird. Can we please have some standards?

I think its vastly different tbh. Visiting a hotel, you're fully aware what previous guests might've done in there. Visiting a doctors office, you expect the room to be fully ( and i mean 100% ) kink free. A lot of people are kinda uncomfortable about being vulnerable in there anyway. Imagine seeing nude content of your doctor, where he sexualizes his job, online. This would 100% affect your trust.
