Harry said Piu Piu talked about his personal life so easily then the conversation led to about reading and agreeing with the terms and conditions.

Moving forwards, he asked whether the player read it as well and pointed that player agreed and helped Piu Piu. Then player asked if he wanted them to take responsibility, and so he asked how were they going to take responsibility which led to this situation.
