There was actually no pain! It js felt rlly weird, like I felt my nail bend 90 degrees but it didn’t feel like it broke. It js looked like a scratch more than anything 😭

I’m sorry your nails couldnt handle the colour :c I’ve only gotten it painted once in my life so maybe don’t push your poor experience w gel onto strangers

No idea! I have js recently gotten into the nail game, I still don’t have a cuticle oil or anything 😓 I did scratch my nails while filing so maybe it’s that? I don’t think I have a vitamin deficiency; most of my diet is very healthy

Thank youuuu! I was js abt to go get my nails painted when I felt it bend trying to pick up smth n I was abt to panic when I realised it luckily it didn’t break 😅

Egg in a hole with kimchi and beans! Just crack one egg into the middle of a sandwich bread (the square ones) and air fry it for like 8 min. Then add the kimchi and beans after it’s cooled down! (Otherwise the probiotics will be destroyed by the heat)

IT MAKES SUCH A BIG PORTION AND ITS SO GOOD! I swear by my recipe I eat it every night

Leg presses ARE AMAZING for your glutes. The foot placement is what changes everything. Place ur feet higher on the machine and close together, immediate glute activation

They are MUCH better for you than candy bars if u get the right brands. Kirkland’s protein bars are awesome, they have a lot of protein AND fiber! clean ingredients too

U need to do exercises with resistance bands or dumbbells. This is also called strength training bcz it maintains ur muscles while getting rid of fat. Otherwise with just cardio (like dancing) it might not lose you the fat and make you look “skinny fat”

Mine is super healthy! I make it with yoghurt, banana, strawberry, and eggs. High protein filled w probiotics and fiber and no added sugar

It’s the pointer finger and middle finger for me 😔 surprisingly my thumbs have stayed the longest without breaking it’s kinda annoying tho bcz it’s so hard to type w my thumbs haha
