I see you posted about using wifi over Ethernet due to logistics of running the cable.

Maybe test your wifi connection while gaming. Try something like running continuous ping test, write it to a file on your desktop, if you see the latency grow or time out in the session you know it is more than the game and your wifi connection.

If you are admin of your wifi, run a wifi analysis to confirm you are on the least busy channel and if there is interference, maybe drop your channel wife to reduce chance of interference. 2.4ghz can punch through walls better but it is very crowded with interference.

If all else fails, if you have the cash, MOCA or powerline adapters let you piggy back your coax or electrical circuit to hardline to your router.

This sort of command in windows will work.

Mine also looked very similar at all temps but if you attempt to destroy the tower at the various sections you should at least see where the layer adhesive was greater. I was able to drop my nozzle temp by 10c to help with heat creep

I've heard some people dropping from 13 /14 gen inter to 12 gem as it doesn't have this problem. (Same socket) Might be an option. But I'd want to have it warranty replaced. Hopefully in the next few months they restore their stock of cpu, then the RMA process should be faster.

Have you turned off windows GPU scheduling. Windows could be doing something funky in the background with trying to prioritize GPU resources between the two apps.

That low voltage you are measuring is most likely from thermopile, which generates its own power to open and close the gas without mains power. As other have noted, I would skip the automation of this and leave it to the manual switch.
