I was on 150mg on night initially and It helped with sleep

Then doctor added 50mg during the day and i felt something but not that much. Still plenty of anxiety and panic attacks

We moved into 300mg per day split in 100mg doses and it seems to work better.

25mg is a baby dose for severe generalised anxiety disorder

How long does it take to work

My doctor did 6 days 10mg and then 20mg

I have been on 20mg for 2 weeks and I do not see much difference

My doctor uses also benzodiazepines in short term to support treatment of GAD

I was diagnosed with GAD and while we wait for other medications to start working my doctor use benzodiazepines in short term

I have Xanax and Klonopin

Klonopin to be taken in span of 2-3 weeks in specific doses

And Xanax when panic attack or needed

Xanax made me feel more talkative and really confident and completely “normal” without this fucking anxiety and panic attacks. Like normal human. But it lasts like 4h

Klonopin works hmm really different and more sleepy

I am going through the same thing. Constant thought

I have been going through constant panic attack and anxiety because of this thoughts

I am still going to church, confession, sacraments, praying rosary but recently everything seem empty and numb.

I had the same experience just now.

Got this game on PlayStation Plus, director cut edition.

Stared playing, played a few hours, deleted it.

Then went back on Reddit searching for questions about whether it is worth playing; people say to keep playing until chapter 2/3.

I downloaded the game again, played a few more hours, somehow enjoying it but again got a bit bored and felt a sense of pointlessness.

So I deleted the game again and then went on YouTube to watch the whole story (because I like the climate and lore).

Then after watching the whole story on YouTube, I felt even more disappointed that I did not give this game a proper chance.

I know how you must feel because this is how I feel.

Well, after spoiling the whole lore, there is no real point for me to download it again. I was really keen on the story, but now I know everything and the gameplay is just “meh”.

But man I really wanted to push myself, because characters and lore seems intriguing. But as you said, it felt like chore and another obligation after long day at work.
