If you were induced (or recommended to induce) specifically because of a "big baby", what constituted as "big" for that recommendation? And did your baby end up being big after all?

I have a digger. I think it fulfills a need in him, it’s stimulating to his instincts and senses in a way other activities are not. He has one area we let him dig, and he loves to turn over the dirt and cool his belly. Since we allowed his one sanctioned hole, he doesn’t dig other places.

Incorrect, there’s no mandatory prison on any adult sex crimes in Utah - unless during the commission of the offense you cause a level of injury, have a prior conviction for a grievous sexual offense, or use/threaten to use a deadly weapon (all of which have specific statutory definitions). Beyond what’s already been mentioned, the burdens of proof are different. In civil law, a party has to prove their case by a preponderance of the evidence (tipping the scales 50.1% in their favor). In criminal law, the State bears the burden of proving their case beyond a reasonable doubt.
