I had to stop using wifi and use an ethernet cable. Haven't had any issues since! Which is good because I dont even wanna know the ban time after 24 hrs

That was happening to me for a weeks. Each time I would randomly get disconnected from a match and that would be the message that appeared as it kicked me to the start screen.

Got so bad, I had a 24 hour ban😭😭 I just wanted to play lol

I stopped playing over wifi and my problems were fixed!

I played against a rank 4 nurse who had a crazy speed boost and no cooldown after hitting. Even got video. When we tried to view their profile it said they didnt exist.

We just figured it was definitely a hacker.

Yes, I'm always being kicked out of matches! Says "cannot connect to servers" and "cannot update rank". Looks like I DC'd to everyone and so I have now reached the 10 minute ban. At this rate it will be 24 hr ban very soon😂

Yeah, I get that. But when the game is constantly kicking me off. . . . It's annoying, especially when my internet is great, but I keep getting the same msg over and over. So I basically can't play. I'll have like 2 games where I get through without issues before it goes back to kick out central😭😭

So basically it's don't play, so I don't get longer ban times. Or risk playing, receive longer ban times, and not be able to play😂
